I was skeptical about doing business online, but this is how the best prices could be obtained by eliminating a lot of overhead costs. I spoke with Patrick and he calmly explained everything to me without any high pressure sales tactics. This new way of doing online sales had me nervous but Patrick explained about the company and how it operated. We submitted quite a few items and were very pleased with the extremely professional and detailed quote provided directly from Patrick. In fact there were a few items that we submitted that did not fit their criteria, and Patrick promised to return those items to us. Payment was done through Direct Deposit in e-transfers within a few days. Amazing. We are so pleased that we are getting other items to him to get a quote. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reputable business to sell their valuable jewelry to.
